SELIT majority stake to be acquired by NMC

SELIT-Group, a German supplier of high-quality underlayment products for the laminate, parquet, and vinyl flooring segment, announced on 2 June that NMC International, a specialist in synthetic foam products with its head office in Luxemburg, will acquire a majority shareholding in SELIT (SELIT Dämmtechnik & SELIT-TEC Dämmsysteme) from brothers: Marco and Rouven Seitner.

The combined company will generate an annual turnover of approximately EUR 270m and more than 1,600 employees.

The buy-side was advised by Deloitte (legal and commercial).

The sell-side was advised by Clearwater International (financial) and RoosLegal (legal).
